Payment

Pyoma accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard.

The amount will only be charged once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

When using a credit or debit card, the transaction amount will be reserved until the order has been processed and shipped. Funds are only withdrawn once the item has been dispatched.

All prices on the website include VAT and are stated in EUR€.

Pyoma uses a secure SSL-encrypted payment solution.

Shipping

Delivery time is 2–4 business days for in-stock items and 5–10 business days for made-to-order items. If an order includes both stock and made-to-order items, the entire order will be shipped once the made-to-order item is ready for dispatch.

We ship via UPS to parcel shops. Customers will receive a tracking number for all orders.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight and delivery method.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your item. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when received. A partial refund in store credits may be issued if the item shows signs of use.

Complaints

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with consumer law. In case of defects or faults, please contact us within a reasonable time at Salve@pyomavintage.com.

Returns must be agreed in advance, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in exchange of store credits. 

Personal Data

We register your name, address, email, and phone number for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Your information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties.

You have the right to access and request deletion of your data at any time.

Cookies and Log Statistics

We use cookies to optimize your experience on the site. Log data is collected for internal analysis of site traffic.
