Orders cannot be modified once placed. However, you can cancel your order within the

Shipping costs do not include local import taxes or duties that may apply to orders
shipped outside the European Union. These charges are the customer’s responsibility
and must be covered by the recipient upon delivery.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid import duties or taxes, the customer will be fully
responsible for all associated costs — including return shipping, customs fees, and any
handling charges.

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped from our warehouse.

You can find the estimated shipping date for made-to-order pieces on the product page. Please note that if your order includes both made-to-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together on the made-to-order shipping date.

*Measurements are taken in centimeters with the garment laid flat, measured seam to seam. For the best fit, we suggest comparing them to a similar piece you own. If you’re unsure, our size guide is available online to help.
